 | Pittsburgh Ad Fed Honors Tony Bucci
PITTSBURGH, October 13, 2006 - MARC USA Chairman and CEO Tony Bucci has been inducted into the Pittsburgh Advertising Federation Hall of Fame in recognition of his industry leadership and contributions to the community.
Mr. Bucci was honored as the head of Pittsburgh's largest ad agency and one of the top ten independent agencies in the country.
Among many achievements cited is his re-engineering of MARC USA into cross-functional teams, which revolutionized agency structure. In addition to his leadership roles in advertising industry organizations including the AAAA and the Ad Fed, Mr. Bucci also gives his time and talents to the many charitable organizations including Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, the United Way, and the National Child Neurology Foundation.
The Pittsburgh Ad Fed, a member of the American Advertising Federation (AAF), initiated the Pittsburgh Advertising Hall of Fame in 1996. Induction ceremonies are held only when the Ad Fed identifies candidates who meet the award’s criteria. Along with Mr. Bucci, two others were inducted this year, making just 30 Hall of Fame members to date.
