The pharmacy world has changed—you can fill a prescription at a mass market retailer, a grocery store or your neighborhood drugstore. Rite Aid needed to give its core target—women, the guardians of family health—a reason to shop for prescriptions and front-end products.
We repositioned the Rite Aid brand around the customer’s relationship with the pharmacist and the solutions Rite Aid offers to busy women and their families. The tagline “With us, it’s personal” is brought to life through proprietary Rite Aid services plus pharmacist expertise in chronic conditions including diabetes, heart disease, asthma and others.
The campaign resulted in comp store pharmacy and front-end sales growth in featured categories that has outpaced industry averages.
