Tony lives what he preaches. Back in 1993 he shook up MARC USA and the whole ad industry. He tore down the walls and restructured the agency into advertising's first multi-discipline teams. No more silos and no more private offices... just creativity buzzing everywhere you look. And, today, MARC USA's single P&L means every discipline has an equal seat at the table.
With more than 30 years in the business, Tony has led the growth of MARC USA from a small regional agency to one of the largest independent agencies in the country. MARC, its proud parent, now also includes MARCA Hispanic LLC, MARC Promotions and MARC Canada.
Known as much for his big heart as his business savvy, Tony rallies support for numerous charitable causes. That's why he created MARC Cause Brands, the first and only firm to combine expertise and experience in the non-profit world with full-service advertising, PR and integrated marketing.
