He heads our in-house MarTech, Data Science and Analytics Team – finding solutions to identify, reach, engage, convert and maximize lifetime customer value.
As the leader of digital strategy and execution, TJ makes our brands an essential part of people’s daily lives. Whether it’s developing a comprehensive new website approach for a major hospital, creating the digital life for a traditional retailer or building revenue-driving CRM programs, he makes legions of new customers fall in love with our clients’ brands and stay engaged. His vast experience spans categories – including retail, healthcare, entertainment, financial services, QSR, fast casual, CPG, home improvement, gaming, fashion, automotive and more. When he’s not building valuable client strategies, TJ enjoys golf, photography, fishing, tinkering with all sorts of home technology and spending time with his wife and five kids.
